About our site

Our website provides a simple way for you to apply for motor finance using our comprehensive lending portfolio. We are not a finance company we are a broker. We can introduce you to our finance providers that we have partnerships with and will do this based upon a number of factors along with your credit rating. We may receive a commission for making any such introductions.

From time to time, we may update our site and may change the content at any time. Please note that content on our site may be out of date at any given time and we are under no obligation to update it. We cannot guarantee that our site or its content will be free from errors or omissions from time to time.

Accessing our site

Our site is made available to you free of charge. We do not guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. Subject to the above paragraph, our maximum aggregate liability to you in connection with our site and the services provided shall in no circumstances exceed the aggregate fees received from you in respect of the services provided.

Uploading content to our site

Whenever you make use of a feature that allows you to upload content to our site, including the application form and when contacting us, you must ensure that such content is true, complete, accurate and not misleading and that it complies with all applicable law. You must be 18 or older to submit an application for finance through our site.

You warrant that all content you upload complies with our content standards, and you will be liable to us and indemnify us for any breach of that warranty. If you are a consumer user, this means you will be responsible for any loss or damage we suffer as a result of your breach of warranty.

By submitting your application to us, you permit us to share the information submitted with third parties in order to allow third party finance companies to provide you with an appropriate motor finance product and/or service based on that application. You also permit us to run a credit search with Experian Ltd (or other credit reference agency) in order to assess your credit score as it relates to your application for finance. When we pass your details to an appropriate lender[s] they will also conduct their own credit checks and before completing the transaction with you, they will then conduct a hard credit search.

Any content you upload to our site will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. You retain all of your ownership rights in your content, but you are required to grant to us a limited licence to use, store and copy that content and to distribute and make it available to third parties as specified in these terms and elsewhere on our site. If you upload information relating to any third party such as a guarantor or joint applicant for finance, you warrant to us that you have that person’s authority to do so and that we are authorised to process that information in the same way in which we process your information, including to run the requisite credit checks.

We have the right to disclose your identity to any third party who is claiming that any content posted or uploaded by you to our site constitutes a violation of their intellectual property rights, or of their right to privacy.

We will not be responsible, or liable to any third party, for the content or accuracy of any content submitted by you or any other user of our site.

Applicable law

You and we both agree to that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.

If you are a business, these terms of use, its subject matter and its formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Other important terms

These terms of use are between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of the terms, whether under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or otherwise unless expressly agreed in these terms.

Each of the paragraphs of these terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.

If we fail to insist that you perform any of your obligations under these terms, or if we do not enforce our rights against you, or if we delay in doing so, that will not mean that we have waived our rights against you, and will not mean that you do not have to comply with those obligations. If we do waive a default by you, we will only do so in writing, and that will not mean that we will automatically waive any later default by you.
